COMMERCIAL / RETAIL: La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries
SCHAUMBURG, IL This 26,000 SF showroom in Schaumburg, IL is La-Z-Boy’s flagship store. Over the past two decades, Delventhal has
completed over 50 renovations and new builds for La-Z-Boy and its franchisees nationwide.
HEALTHCARE:Western Lake Erie OMS
SYLVANIA, OHAdvanced 12,642 SF oral and maxillofacial surgery center. The project involved selective demolition, reconstruction and renovation of the building shell and site work.
FINANCIAL:Glass City Federal Credit Union
MAUMEE, OH6,500 square-foot addition and interior renovations to Glass City’s Maumee branch. This work, along with several other projects completed for financial institutions throughout the region, was done without disruption to their normal business operations.
INDUSTRIAL:Vehtek
BOWLING GREEN, OHSeventeen-foot deep-reinforced concrete press pit for a 2500-ton stamping press. This complex work was completed inside the existing stamping plant while it remained in operation with no disruption to their business.
