This is our traditional and most basic delivery method, ideal for project owners who have both the time and the resources to manage planning and design. You work independently with your architect/engineer of choice and provide us with a completed set of plans and specs. In turn, we’ll use our extensive oversight experience to manage all equipment, materials and subcontractors. By overseeing a competitive bidding process to award contracts, we’ll ensure you get the highest quality work for the lowest possible price.
